40 hours of 1:1 Online Video Lessons
Developing leadership is like strengthening your core; it’s the only way to achieve extraordinary results!
We begin leadership development at the core level; where our beliefs and fundamental values reside and are expressed through behaviors and actions. When changes happen at the core level, it is deeper and more permanent.
Leadership concepts and competencies are introduced briefly, then learnt through real life stories, games, and activities before unboxing the theories and concepts through facilitated discussions.
We cover five exemplary practices of leadership by world renowned award-winning scholars, educators and leadership gurus James Kouzes and Barry Posner through latest case studies, powerful stories, lateral thinking puzzles, leadership-mindset/habit creation and real life application activities.
The aim of this program is to make your student the best leader he or she can be. This workshop is facilitated by a certified trainer.

THE PUBLIC SPEAKING CHALLENGE

The Public Speaking course is designed by LeadYouth advisors and international experts Vince Stevenson and Mike Douse from the College of Public Speaking London, highly accomplished in Spoken Communication and various other related fields. The material is meticulously tailored by LeadYouth founder and coach, Sarat Chakravarthi, to integrate Leadership, Personal Development and Effective Communication Skills that develop, transform and inspire the learners to practice exemplary leadership and impactful communication. All our students walk away with elevated confidence in their communication, clarity in their vision and success mindset to pursue their dreams.
This course is facilitated by trained specialist and certified coach.
What do we teach in our Public Speaking Course?
The Public Speaking course is designed to stretch and challenge the student. We not only address the technical aspects but also physiological and personal aspects. We will talk a lot about speaking psychology, communication theory and application in the real world.
Students will be writing and making short speeches and debating on various topics. The topics are carefully chosen from top authors's works and research studies from Harvard Business School in leadership, public speaking/communication, entrepreneurship/business and personal growth disciplines. Students will also explore different styles and techniques to improve their communication skills. They will learn how to apply universal laws and mantras of public speaking, debating styles & techniques, improve body language, structure a speech, use rhetorics, metaphors and stylistic devices to persuade, arrange content for coherence, use mental models to practice delivery, and transform anxiety into excitement during speeches. We'll be doing lots of spontaneous/creative work too. Observing other successful speakers and debates will be another feature of the course, where we will analyze what they are doing and why.
The aim of this program is to challenge the student to speak confidently and proficiently in front of any audience.
The Public Speaking Challenge program is tailor-made for students out of Vince Stevenson’s “The Five Day Discovery Public Speaking” course from The college of Public Speaking Institute, UK and industry best practices.

The goal of this program is for your student to design a personal development plan to build the best life he/she can. Personal Growth Challenge Series 1 lays the foundation for your student's personal success by establishing three pillars: Growth Mindset, Powerful Habits and Authentic Power.
The program content is designed from distinguished authors and best executive educators in the industry. The program offers focused mentoring and structured coaching for children to achieve higher levels of competency. Student may seek guidance anytime after the program.
