Robert believes that confidence is the first foot forward in any leadership situation, and that it’s a lot easier to have others believe in you when you first believe in yourself.  While there can be many differences in the curriculum of each academic field or differences in the requirements of various leadership positions, he believes the ability to communicate strongly in either written word or oral speech can often be the key factor in forging solid progress, development, and eventually mastery in any field. By emphasizing this, students can respond better to the learning process as a whole and flourish in their studies individually.

In his free time, he likes to share music with his friends and community by supporting other local musicians and playing shows when he can.  He also enjoys the outdoors, watching classic films from all decades, and playing card games.

" I would like nothing more than to find a way to impart my love of learning on others around me and be a step forward to help others achieve their goals."
