Customer Relationship Associate
Remote
LeadYouth continues to grow, and we are looking for a customer relationship associate to join our team. The customer relationship associate will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and following-up on inquiries from potential customers.
This is a flexible part-time position starting at a maximum of 8 hours per week. Compensation is $25 per hour.
The ideal candidate understands what parents are looking for when seeking training, coaching, and mentoring for their children. They should have proven customer service and sales experience and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Respond to leads that come in through the LeadYouth website

Regularly interact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction

Email leads and existing customers to maintain professional relationships

Call leads and customers on the phone or using WhatsApp based on customer preference
-
Maintain record of all contacts and contact attempts

Respond to client requests in a timely manner

Other responsibilities as assigned and agreed upon
Required qualifications:
-
Proven customer service skills and communication skills

Must have reliable internet and phone access

Must be able to speak and write English at an advanced level

Comfortable using Zoom and equivalent video conferencing software

Able to work independently and remotely

Solution building skills and ability to think critically

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
-
Experience in selling child-related services or products to parents
-
Background in sales or customer relations
